- Ensure maintenance and upkeep of company buildings, facilities, and assets in compliance with applicable ISO standards, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain building infrastructure, safety systems, office assets, and supporting equipment such as CCTV, generators, vehicles, and forklifts
- Coordinate, direct, and supervise outsourced contractors and operator staff to ensure maintenance work is completed safely and effectively
- Other task assigned 
Job Requirement

・Bachelor's degree from any Major
・Active conversational level of English
・More than 3 years of working experience as GA from any manufacturing industries ・Basic knowledge of building maintenance, utilities, and facility equipment ・Experience in coordinating or supervising outsourced contractors and maintenance teams.
