GA Supervisor - Manufacturing

Job Description

- Supervise daily General Affairs activities, including building and facility maintenance.
- Handle and monitor company licensing and permit processes.
- Coordinate company transportation and canteen operations.
- Manage visa, work permit, and other expatriate-related matters from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding GA matters.
- Monitor GA activities to ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and government regulations.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to General Affairs activities.

Job Requirement

・Bachelor's degree.
・3 years of experiences as GA Supervisor from Japanese Manufacturing.
・Experience in handling Building Maintenance, Cleaning Service, Transport, Security, Canteen, Visa for Expat related.
・Business English proficiency.
