Gadsbys has been kneading, mixing and baking for over 50 years! From bread rolls to Bakewell tarts, all our delicious products are made with passion and pride. Our hardworking team work closely together to ensure that our quality products taste amazing, are made with skill and delivered fresh for our regular customers. As a Gadsbys Hygiene Assistant you’ll be joining a team at the heart of the bakery, working closely together across the site to ensure all hygiene standards are maintained to a high standard. You will be responsible for: •Ensuring the completion of hygiene schedules 

•Comply with all health and safety requirements across the society as well as adhering to policies and procedures
