推动数字平台及生态系统的建设与运营，包括官网及微信小程序，并负责小程序埋点与数据追踪。Develop and operate digital platforms and ecosystems, including website and mini programs, with responsibility for mini-program tracking and data tagging.
负责 CRM 会员体系运营，基于用户数据推动会员增长、活跃与转化。Manage CRM membership operations, driving member acquisition, engagement, and conversion through data insights.
负责品牌官方电商平台的搭建、管理及 eMedia 运营 Lead brand e-commerce store setup, management, and eMedia operations
协同代理公司运营官方社交媒体账号，按计划上线高质量内容。Manage official social media accounts with agencies and deliver high-quality content as planned.
负责核心社交及搜索平台的日常维护，包括小红书、微信搜索等。 Maintain core social and search platforms, including Baidu and WeChat search.
任职要求 / Qualifications
本科及以上学历，市场营销、数字营销、传媒或相关专业。Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media, or related fields.
