Objective of the position
This is a key customer-facing sales role responsible for building and managing a high-quality designer partner ecosystem across interior designers, design firms and kitchen furniture manufacturers.
This position drives product specification in high-end residential and commercial projects, supports channel sales growth, and ensures healthy project conversion and sell-through for Gaggenau.
It aims to expand high-value client acquisition via designer influence, strengthen brand positioning in the luxury design sector, and collaborate cross-functionally to avoid channel conflict and maximize business opportunities. Reports to Sales Planning Head and executes designer-focused strategies to deliver consistent channel revenue growth.
