Project Brains, a dynamic marketplace, is seeking an experienced Middle Gainsight Administrator to take ownership of a complex Customer Success technology ecosystem. This role involves integrating Salesforce Sales and Revenue Cloud with BigQuery and third-party automation tools to ensure data integrity, scalable lifecycle automation, and seamless cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and optimize daily data synchronization between BigQuery, Salesforce, and Gainsight.
Build and enhance lifecycle automation using Gainsight Rules Engine for onboarding, retention, renewals, and health monitoring.
Manage data flows across the Customer Success technology stack, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
Design and maintain automation logic using Gainsight's Event Framework, External Actions, and Data Designer.
