宿泊・宴会・MICE需要の創出に向けた営業活動をリードし、売上拡大に貢献いただきます。ディレクター・オブ・セールスの指示のもと、チームをリードし、成果創出を推進していただきます。

**What will I be doing?**

At Gajoen Tokyo, we are looking for an Assistant Director of Sales (Proactive) who will lead proactive sales initiatives. In this role, you will drive sales activities to generate demand for rooms, banquets, and MICE, contributing to revenue growth. Under the direction of the Director of Sales, you will lead the team and promote the achievement of results.

+ 新規顧客開拓（法人・エージェント・イベント主催者等）
+ 既存顧客との関係強化およびリレーションシップ管理
+ 宿泊・宴会・イベント案件の企画・提案・クロージング
+ 売上目標の達成および営業戦略の立案・実行
+ 市場動向・競合分析およびレポーティング
+ 社内関連部署（宴会、宿泊、マーケティング等）との連携
