You will be responsible for welcoming guests at the hotel entrance and lobby, as well as providing a wide range of support throughout their stay.

+ Greet and escort guests upon arrival and departure
+ Assist with luggage handling and escort guests to their rooms
+ Provide information about guest rooms and hotel facilities
+ Assist with arranging taxis and delivery services
+ Maintain and manage the lobby area
+ Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Concierge, etc.)
+ Deliver services in accordance with brand standards

Required

+ Experience in customer service (any industry)
+ Strong communication skills
+ Ability to stand for extended periods and handle luggage
+ Previous experience in a hotel environment is preferred
