Gallery Associate Manager

The Gallery Associate Manager is a front-facing role in the Silverlens sales team. They support the team in managing client relationships, driving sales performance, and overseeing gallery operations. The role ensures a professional and engaging client experience, promotes the gallery's artists, programs and provides leadership to the team while upholding the company's values and compliance obligations.

Location: Makati City

Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 9:30 am – 6:00 pm

Salary Range: P40,000 – P50,000 (base pay)

Reports to: Associate Director / Director

Duties and Responsibilities

Front Desk and Customer Service:

• Take full ownership of the front desk and front-of-house operations.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of key names and information as communicated by managers and directors, promptly escalating important inquiries as they arise.
