Gallery Manager

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client to identify a Gallery Manager. You will be the driving force behind the showroom's growth—converting potential leads into loyal clients, building long-term industry relationships, and expanding our market presence.

What You'll Do

• Proactively source, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities and project leads through targeted networking and prospecting.
• Deeply understand client requirements (from walk-ins to trade professionals) to deliver tailored product solutions, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals.
• Actively train, motivate, and upscale your showroom team to ensure they hit their targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date tracking of all sales activities, forecasts, and client details within our CRM system.
