Game AI Engineer - Varsapura

Responsibilities

1. Participate in the design and development of game AI systems for the Varsapura project, including NPC behavior, decision-making, pathfinding, and perception systems, contributing to a believable and immersive game world
2. Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and engineers to translate gameplay designs into stable, high-performance code implementations
3. Participate in the development and optimization of AI-related modules in Unreal Engine; work through performance bottlenecks to ensure a smooth player experience
4. Participate in game server development — implementing gameplay features, ensuring server stability under high concurrency and high player load, and supporting live operations
5. Explore and apply cutting-edge AI technologies — including AIGC, large language models, and AI Agents — to game content generation, development workflow automation, or intelligent tooling
