Game Designer

Creative Distrix is looking for a passionate, performance-focused Game Designer/Game Producer who can write strong GDDs, design solid game mechanics, and use funnels + charts to improve retention and revenue.
What you'll do
Write clear GDDs (core loop, meta, progression, FTUE, economy)
Design & refine mechanics and feature systems
Analyze level funnels, drop-offs, retention, and performance charts
Give actionable feedback to improve UA + monetization (ads/IAP, pacing, balance)
What we need
Strong documentation + communication
Data-driven mindset (turn insights into design changes)
Understanding of mobile KPIs, monetization, and UA basics
DM your portfolio + 1 GDD/feature doc sample + games you've worked on.
