Game Designer

The Game Designer is passionate about designing engaging games, and knowledgeable about trends and latest developments of games across platforms, particularly on mobile games and Roblox.

The Game Designer is responsible for designing engaging games for kids, working with the Game Producer and Game Developers to produce the games, tracks and analyzes data to improve gaming experience and is also responsible for quality assurance and testing of the games.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and iterate on gameplay mechanics, systems, and features.
2. Create clear game design documentation (game mechanics, progression systems, UI flow, etc.)
3. Balance gameplay elements such as difficulty, rewards, progression, and economy.
4. Collaborate with developers, artists, and producers to implement features.
