Job Responsibilities:
Design and localize Arcade game content and gameplay systems
Conduct user research and analyze player behavior
Build game levels, economy systems, progression and balance
Drive full production cycle from concept to release
Improve retention, monetization and overall player experience
Job Requirements:
5+ years of experience in game design or planning
Familiar with Arcade, casual or betting game design principles
Strong system design and balancing capabilities
Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
