Game Designer(Casual Games)

Responsibilities
Lead system design and iterative optimization for global mobile puzzle games, ensuring technical feasibility and user-centric functionality
Conduct competitive intelligence tracking, analyze and synthesize core strengths and weaknesses, produce comprehensive analysis documentation, and drive end-to-end solution implementation
Formulate data-informed hypotheses and oversee the execution of product optimization iterations
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, monetization, R&D, and QA teams to ensure high-quality product feature launches, and foster synergy to accelerate business growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) disciplines such as Mathematics or Computer Science
Demonstrated experience in live product tuning is preferred, with independent expertise and insights into gameplay experience optimization
