Game Economy Designer

About the job
We're looking for a Game Economy Designer to own and evolve the progression and monetization economy for a mobile title with season-based live operations. You'll collaborate closely with product, design, engineering, and art to build systems that feel fair, engaging, and commercially sustainable, and you'll continuously tune them using live performance data post-launch.
What You'll Do
Progression Economy
Design and tune progression pacing across core systems (e.g., city building, technology, hero growth).
Build progression curves and support mechanics, including level scaling, gates, and catch-up systems.
Align progression with seasonal cadence, balancing challenge, resource pressure, and long-term retention.
Monetization Economy (Key Focus)
Design and tune monetization content for a global audience, including: Shop pricing and pack tiering, Battle pass/season pass, Season-linked paid features, First purchase and cumulative purchase offers.
