Gaming Player Support

Job Responsibilities

• Investigate overseas cheating reports and player ban appeals through evidence and video review.
• Assess anti-cheat systems to minimize false positives and enhance game integrity.
• Analyze user complaints, identify root causes, and support developers in implementing fixes.
• Monitor and review all player-generated content (text, image, voice, video).
• Proactively identify and remove inappropriate material, including adult content, violent, and cyberbullying.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English, with additional Japanese / Thai / Vietnamese / Filipino language ability (near native level and above, and preferably with a language certificate).
• For Mandarin speakers, basic proficiency in Mandarin is acceptable for this role.
• Strong gaming experience, especially in FPS (first-person shooter) games.
• High school Diploma or above required (fresh graduates are welcome).
