高次細胞モデル構築技術を有する研究員 / Research Scientist - Human Tissue/Disease in vitro Model Development

募集の背景：

非臨床研究での臨床予測性向上を目指し、ヒト組織機能や疾患メカニズムを模したin vitro評価系構築の必要性が高まっている。高次細胞モデル開発力強化により創薬プロジェクト創出及び推進に貢献する技術基盤を整備するため。



仕事内容：

創薬研究および臨床開発のプロジェクトにおいて、以下の研究を推進する。

・iPSC、オルガノイドなどの高次細胞培養、分化技術の開発

・ヒト組織・疾患を模したアッセイ系（in vitro 組織・疾患モデル）の開発

・In vitro 組織・疾患モデルを起点とする創薬アイデアの創出とプロジェクトの企画立案



Background to recruitment:

To develop a technological platform for the creation and promotion of in-house drug discovery projects by strengthening the development capability of in vitro tissues and diseases modeling.



Description of work:

Promote activities in drug discovery reearch and clinical development projects as follows.

・Cultivation of primary cells, iPSCs, organoids, and etc.

・Development of assays that mimic human tissues and diseases (i.e. in vitro tissue and disease models).
