Ensure full compliance with Mexican labor laws, tax, social security (IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.) and payroll regulations.

Support end-to-end payroll preparation, checking, submission and reconciliation with local finance or payroll vendor.

Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation legally and accurately.

Recruitment Support

Execute full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, offer preparation and onboarding.

Cooperate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs efficiently.

Conduct basic onboarding and orientation for new hires.

HR Policy & System Setup

Assist in establishing, updating and implementing local HR policies (attendance, leave, welfare, discipline, etc.).

Build and maintain standardized HR processes and filing systems.
