Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

Own portfolio strategy to maximize franchise business and achieve earnings, revenue, and lifecycle management objectives. Assist the Marketing Director in building marketing capabilities within the product management team to drive business effectiveness and efficiency. Define and drive country-specific TA and brand strategies. Serve as the TA portfolio (or major strategic brand) lead, interfacing with WWT and global/local cross-functional teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Portfolio Management

  • Lead the development of portfolio and franchise strategies, including portfolio planning, LRF, and product lifecycle management
  • Drive TA growth initiatives
  • Provide cross-functional TA leadership across Field Force, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and other key functions to ensure alignment
