  • As the Service Operations Manager Marine Aftermarket, you lead the global Marine field service team. You are responsible for a safe, reliable, and efficient service execution onboard vessels, both on voyage and during dry-dockings.
  • You coordinate the field service engineer (FSE) preparation, mobilization, tooling requirements, planning of workflows, and post-job quality reporting.
  • You act as the execution backbone of the Marine Aftermarket organization, ensuring consistent OEM-level service worldwide, and you will be a key contributor to establish the Marine Aftermarket organization as recognized benchmark in the Marine industry.
  • Your mission is to deliver world-class Marine service execution by ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence. You will manage FSE planning, dispatching, and competence development of the FSEs in collaboration with the Technical Support and Training manager.
