Garden and Landscape Assistant Manager

**Description:**

The Garden & Landscape Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the planning, maintenance, improvement, and operational management of all gardens, landscapes, florist, lawns, trees, water features, and outdoor green spaces within the property. This role ensures that all landscape areas are maintained to the highest aesthetic, safety, environmental, and brand standards while optimizing resources, controlling costs, and leading the landscaping team effectively.

**Qualifications:**

+ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscaping, horticulture, golf course maintenance, resort landscaping, or garden management and florist.
+ Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
+ Experience in hospitality, resort, residential estate, or commercial property is preferred.
