Our high-end London based clients are seeking a motivated Team Leader with garden maintenance experience to join the existing teams. A driving licence is essential for this role, as is a proven experience of supervising a small team. Excellent communication skills are necessary as you will be expected to liaise with clients. Candidates need RHS level 2 horticulture or NVQ level 3 or equivalent or be close to qualifying.

You will need a good knowledge of horticultural equipment and machinery, and to ensure this is looked after and maintained as well as an understanding of current health and safety requirements.

A PA1&6 spraying licence is desirable but not essential.
