Key Responsibilities
Plant Care: Planting, pruning, weeding, and deadheading flowers, shrubs, and trees.
Lawn Maintenance: Mowing, edging, aerating, and fertilizing turf areas.
Irrigation: Monitoring watering schedules and maintaining manual or automated irrigation systems.
Pest & Disease Control: Identifying plant issues and applying appropriate organic or chemical treatments safely.
Soil Management: Testing soil pH and applying mulch, compost, or fertilizers to improve soil health.
Hardscape Upkeep: Keeping walkways, patios, and garden features clean and free of debris.
Equipment Care: Operating and performing basic maintenance on tools like hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, and mowers.
