Gardener

We are looking for Gardener who is willing to work at Crosswinds Tagaytay.

The Role

• Planting, transplanting, trimming, pruning trees and shrubs, weeding, and watering plants.
• Mowing lawns, leaf raking, removing debris, and sweeping pathways.
• Applying fertilizers, soil treatments, and controlling pests to ensure healthy plant growth.
• Using and performing basic maintenance on gardening tools, machinery, and equipment
• Clearing rubbish, emptying bins, and ensuring the grounds are tidy.
• Monitoring plant health and notifying management of needed repairs or pest issues.

Qualifications

• At least High school, Senior High school and Vocational graduate are welcome
• Generally requires 1–2years of experience in landscaping or gardening.
• Knowledge of plant care, soil, and gardening tools.
• Capable of working outdoors, lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
