Contract Period: From 22 March 2026 to 31 Dec 2026Option to Extend: The Contractor grants the Authority the option to extend the Contract for a further period of 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027.
Working hours:
• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Fridays: 7.00am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Key Responsibilities:1. Maintain garden by fertilising, trimming and ensure that plants receive adequate water.2. Plant and transplant flowers, shrubs, trees and lawns.3. To prune trees, plants and hedges that maintain the plants' health.4. To apply, fertiliser and chemicals to keep the plants healthy.5. To keep the gardens, thoroughfares and footpaths clear and free from litter.6. Work with staff on maintenance of Eco Garden and Eco pond for teaching and learning purposes.
