Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Supervise residential garden maintenance operations
• Perform routine gardening and horticultural duties
• Manage small teams across scheduled sites
• Pruning, plant health, soil care, and presentation
• Client communication and service delivery
• Site organisation and quality control
• Basic irrigation maintenance and planting works

Skills & Experience:

• Solid experience in garden maintenance or horticulture
• Certificate II in Horticulture or higher
• Supervisory or senior gardening experience
• Strong plant knowledge
