Your expertise in operating tools and equipment ensures quality work, while maintaining a positive environment for new team members. You'll also coordinate schedules, manage inventory, and communicate with clients effectively.

Requirements:
• High school diploma; horticulture education preferred
• Minimum 2 years landscaping experience, 1 year in leadership
