Job Description
Sakura Gardens seeks a hands-on Gardening Team Lead to supervise a small crew in garden maintenance across various projects. Oversee installations while providing exemplary client service and ensuring safety.
In this leadership role, you'll manage a team of 2-5 members involved in planting, pruning, and mulching tasks. Your expertise in operating tools and equipment ensures quality work, while maintaining a positive environment for new team members. You'll also coordinate schedules, manage inventory, and communicate with clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead team in planting, pruning, and mulching tasks
• Operate landscaping tools safely and efficiently
• Manage site setup and installations
• Oversee quality and safety standards daily
• Train and support new team members
Requirements:
• High school diploma; horticulture education preferred
• Minimum 2 years landscaping experience, 1 year in leadership
• Availability from March to December
