Garment Technician

Key Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in a garment manufacturing facility
• Strong technical knowledge of pattern making
• Diploma in Garment Technology or equivalent
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Solid understanding of spec sheets, size charts, and pattern grading
• Experience working with international buyers
• Hands-on experience in knitted garments, with deep knowledge of:
• Fabric behavior
• Stretch & recovery
• Stability & shrinkage
• Technical processes and handling
