Job Description

Responsibilities will include:
Providing exceptional member service
Maintaining a safe, secure, and professional work environment
Developing a good understanding and operating of the till and back- office processes
Scheduling and problem solving
Fuel reconciliations
Placing and receiving orders pertaining to department needs
Maintaining a neat, clean and orderly location at all times by using good housekeeping standards
Coordinating workloads, enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards
Maintaining financial objectives for the department
Pursuing continual learning by attending educational workshops available on the CRS hub and CRS courses and marketing meetings
Ensure all team members receive training required and complete all expected training reports from HR- weekly, monthly and quarterly.
