Job Description
- Collaborated with station manager to develop strategies for achieving sales and profit goals.
- Assessing sales performance, maintaining accountability and overseeing inventory management.
- Take ownership & accountability of station in the absence of Manager.
- Oversee the work of attendants to ensure appropriate delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
- Assist the gas station manager in handling the day-to-day operations of the gas station.
- Ensure that sufficient staff members are present at each fuel pump at all times, in a bid to provide immediate services to customers.
- Assist in hiring and training personnel to perform duties at the gas station, particularly forecourt attendants and cashier.
- Organize and maintain the station including, but not limited to: Restrooms, floors, counter tops, shelving, displays, merchandise, parking lot, pumps, and facility property.
