Office practice and scoping will be in Carmel, NY with additional office and scoping opportunity in Hopewell and Fishkill NY. Putnam County is located just one hour outside of New York City. This is an excellent opportunity to grow and establish a potentially thriving practice and join colleagues in Danbury CT and Hudson Valley region in the Nuvance Digestive Health Institute.
