                    Work Dates Needed: Jul - Ongoing 
Preferred Schedule: 8a-5p / two days per week 
Worksite Setting: Inpatient  
Scope of Work:  
Manage general gastro needs at correctional ward 
Average 10ppd 
Potential need for support at various DOC sites within CT via UConn Health 
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CT license preferred, IMLC accepted with LOQ, BC, DEA/CSR, drive in candidates preferred, clean files preferred 
EMR: Epic
