                    Address: 110-14 Jamaica Avenue, Queens, NY 11418
Facility: Multiple locations in NY City (Counties: Nassau, Queens, and Suffolk)
Type of Assignment: Permanent (PERM)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Setting: Clinic and Outpatient Surgery Center
Type of Cases: 100% GI (Upper and Lower GI procedures)
Weekday Hours: 8 hours per day
Requirements:
Board Certification in Gastroenterology
Active NY License
No Calls
Saturdays Available (if desired)
Compensation:
Base Salary: $350K - $450K
 Sign On Bonus + Relocation Bonus + Performance Incentives + Productivity Bonus
