Job Summary:
The Time Keeper & Gate Control Officer is responsible for managing the attendance system and controlling entry/exit points at the factory. The role ensures strict compliance with company procedures for personnel and material movement, accurate timekeeping for all employees, and coordination with HR for payroll and attendance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and authorize the entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and contractors.
• Maintain visitor logs and issue entry passes after verifying identity and purpose.
• Ensure that gate passes and delivery challans are duly signed and verified before allowing material movement.
• Prevent unauthorized access to factory premises by following company protocols.
• Record employee attendance using biometric or manual systems as per company policy.
• Monitor shift timings, late arrivals, early departures, and absences.
