**Job Description**

**Work Arrangement** : This role is categorized as hybrid on mid-shift, with PH–EST overlap. The successful candidate is expected to report to the office three to four times per week or at a frequency dictated by the business.

**The Role**

The GBS Finance Site Lead is a senior leader accountable for GM’s Manila-based GBS Finance business area, with responsibility for translating enterprise and functional strategy into operational performance, transformation outcomes, organizational capability, and long-term scalability. This role partners closely with GBS Finance and enterprise leadership to shape priorities, set direction, and deliver critical business outcomes through a high-performing, digitally enabled finance organization.
