**Your role:**
* Coordinates and executes moderately complex Learning services programs, managing all logistical aspects and ensuring alignment with both customer expectations and company objectives.
* Addressing a wide array of customer and employee inquiries related to Learning services, providing expert guidance, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
* Understands implications of work, makes recommendations for solutions, and utilizes experience and in-depth knowledge to complete a wide range of tasks in resourceful and effective ways.
* Exercises autonomy within established procedures, utilizes specialized skills to perform in-depth analysis of assigned tasks, identifying key issues and patterns and resolves moderately complex problems to drive results.
