Role Overview

The Construction Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the project quality management system for construction projects. The role ensures that all work complies with contract requirements, industry standards, local codes, and company quality objectives while driving continuous improvement across field operations.

  • Develop and implement the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP) in alignment with company standards, contract requirements, and GTAA requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and client specifications.
  • Establish inspection and testing procedures for all phases of construction.
