GCC Growth & Partnerships Lead (UAE & KSA)

RMJM is seeking a Head of Business Development to lead their strategy across the UAE and KSA markets. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in business development within the GCC, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

This role entails developing business strategies, managing sales pipelines, and representing RMJM at various industry events. Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
