Roles and responsibilities:

• Streamline the application deep dive discussions & identify areas/solutions to optimize
• Help define the to-be state Architecture for applications identified for cloud modernization
• Jointly build a realistic migration plan highlighting activity, dependencies, risks, etc.
• Lead the modernization tracks for the identified deliverables
• Ensure all critical PoCs required for finalizing the architecture are complete as per the plan
• Support/guide the Ford PDO team for migration/modernization
• Ensure the Migration Approach / Architecture document is created & best practices are documented
• Advise & support NFRs testing
• Ensure the cutover & roll-back plan is created jointly with Ford stakeholders
