Job Purpose

This role leads the Record to Report (R2R) operations for assigned entities or processes, ensuring accuracy, control, and timely delivery of financial results while promoting digital enablement and automation adoption. The Senior is responsible for reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and month‑end closing activities, ensuring full compliance with internal policies, SOX controls, and audit requirements. The position plays a key role in driving process quality, analytics‑led insights, and digital transformation within the R2R function, acting as the first point of review and escalation for staff‑level outputs.
