Gear Mold Tooling Specialist

Job Description
Responsibility :
Overseeing engineering and tooling in the department's new tool room, including activities such as research, creation, modifies, repairing of gear molds.
Troubleshoots on gear mold quality issues.
Providing professional advice, process flow, and equipment work instructions to other internal mold makers.
Responsible for planning and managing gear mold schedules and activities in new Tool Room.
Provides internal training for junior gear mold makers.
Improving procedure in new tool room of specialist machinery of gear:
a) MIKRON Gear -WC05 HOB Manufacturing M/C T21
b) MIKRON Gear -WC06 Gear Hobbing M/C 102.05 SPS c) MIKRON Gear -WC07 Profile Grinding M/C S8
d) MIKRON Gear -WC08 Auto Sharpening & GR. M/C 60/A
Ensure the specification on gear products as to meet requirements of the customers.
Good knowledge in International Organization for Standardization (ISO) of tooling.
