The Job
Drive customer‑servicing innovation using Agentic AI and GenAI.
Collaborate with technology, data teams, and business stakeholders to launch first‑in‑market AI solutions.
Stay updated on the latest Agentic AI / GenAI trends to reimagine customer servicing.
Design, develop, test, and deploy GenAI chatbots and voicebots, including prompt engineering and model evaluation.
Work with developers to enhance GenAI features and chatbot usability.
Collect and analyse data to monitor and improve GenAI performance.
Partner with business and marketing teams to drive adoption, create engagement assets, and support commercialisation.
Maintain documentation, user guides, SOPs, and ensure solution resiliency.
