Assent is expanding its AI capabilities to support more efficient, data-driven, and scalable ways of working across the organization. As part of this transformation, we are seeking a GenAI Solution Architect to lead the design, governance, and technical delivery of AI-powered solutions that enhance productivity and empower teams across the business.
This role reports directly to the Senior Director, Technology & Data Solutions, and serves as the technical leader for our AI engineering function, providing architectural direction and technical leadership to GenAI Developers and partnering closely with stakeholders across Technology, Data, Privacy, Security, and business teams. You will define the patterns, guardrails, and architectural foundations that ensure AI solutions are reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with Assent’s standards — while enabling responsible and effective use of AI across the company.
