Rush University Medical Center, a nationally recognized clinical and academic institution and the teaching hospital for Rush Medical and Nursing Colleges, located in downtown Chicago, invites applications for the position of Instructor, Gender Affirmation Surgery in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, with a start date of July 1, 5 . The fellow will work alongside the skilled faculty within the Division as well as Section Chief of Gender Affirmation Surgery, Dr. Loren S. Schechter. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic and clinical credentials, excellent communication and organizational skills. The fellow will participate in the multidisciplinary team, as well as gain exposure to facial feminization and top and bottom surgery, including microvascular reconstruction.
