Gender Studies Lecturer at McGill

Take on the role of Course Lecturer for CLAS 308, Gender in the Ancient World at McGill University, starting in Fall 2026. This part-time position requires a focus on the cultural dynamics of gender in ancient societies.
The Department of History and Classical Studies invites applications from qualified candidates expected to engage students in meaningful discourse around gender issues in antiquity. A PhD or ABD status in Classics is necessary, along with prior university teaching experience as an asset. This position is in-person at McGill's M. H. Wong Building, scheduled on Mondays and Wednesdays.
