General accountant

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a General Accountant, based in Nuevo Laredo, TAM. The General Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records in Transport, preparing and maintaining financial statements, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves assisting with budgeting, financial analysis, and supporting audits as required.
Qualifications
Strong accounting skills, including knowledge of financial reporting, general ledger management, and reconciliations
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Understanding of local tax regulations and compliance requirements
Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset for financial analysis
