General Accountant (Chinese Speaking)

People Profilers Vietnam is looking for a General Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the company's accounting and finance operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Tracking and planning payments for outstanding invoices, monitoring customer receivables.
Monitoring and reconciling accounts payable with suppliers.
Managing the invoicing system, issuing VAT invoices.
Managing income and expenses, preparing expense payment requests.
Data entry and accounting for incurred business transactions.
Collecting and maintaining a system of accounting documents, including customer contracts, supplier contracts, and input/output VAT invoices.
Employee attendance tracking and salary calculation.
Conducting banking transactions.
