Job Description

General Accounting

• Maintain and update general ledger accounts and subsidiary ledgers.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, adjustments, and monthly closings.
• Ensure accurate recording of revenues, costs, and expenses per project.
• Reconcile bank statements, intercompany accounts, and balance sheet schedules.

Accounts Management

• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable monitoring.
• Review supplier billings, contracts, and payment schedules. Monitor customer collections, sales contracts, and receivables aging.
• Financial Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
