General Accountant

The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, record, and maintain accurate accounting entries, journal vouchers, and general ledger transactions.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of outstanding reconciling items.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable, accounts payable, intercompany accounts, and other balance sheet accounts.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing process, including preparation of schedules, accruals, and adjusting entries.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), company policies, and regulatory requirements.
